Whistler Seniors Housing, BC, Canada
A multi-family building developed for the Whistler Housing Authority in collaboration with BC Housing. Comprises 20 one-bedroom units, along with parking and storage facilities.
Greenfield Bowling Club, Saddleworth
Design and construction of 41 three- and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments. Incorporates extensive flood mitigation measures and ecology protection.
The Boatyard, Worsley
Construction of 71 dwellings with a high-end specification. Remediation efforts address ground contamination, invasive plant species, ground stabilization, piling, and canal back stabilization.
The Edge, Liverpool
Designed and constructed a 231-unit student accommodation scheme spanning 7 and 5 stories. Features 38 shared kitchens, external spaces, and efficient drainage systems.
Clarendon Crescent, Sale
Design and construction of 14 new-build large family homes. Tailored for the open market sale, with meticulous attention to external features and drainage.
The Exchange, Salford
Developed 140 apartments for private rent. Includes employer offices, a gymnasium, basement facilities, and external parking. The concrete-framed building incorporates complex flood mitigation due to its proximity to Salford Quay’s waterfront.

A 20-bed sheltered housing unit in Oldham, providing essential accommodation for residents.

Conversion and extension of the existing center to provide state-of-the-art swimming pools, a thermal suite, village change facilities, an inviting entrance, a commercial kitchen, a café, soft play areas, and a gym.
Bungay Leisure Centre
Conversion of the existing center into a modern facility featuring state-of-the-art swimming pools, a sauna, village-style changing rooms, a well-equipped gym, versatile multi-use studios, and a cozy café.
Sale Sports Club & Pavilion
Demolition of the existing clubhouse followed by the construction of a new, cutting-edge sports club and pavilion. Designed and built to meet the stringent requirements set by Sport England.
