An accomplished business director with over two decades of experience in the construction industry. His journey began as a Quantity Surveyor, and he swiftly ascended the ranks, eventually holding pivotal roles such as Managing Director, Commercial Director and Sales Director. Graeme’s track record includes successful delivery of multi-million-pound projects. His expertise spans diverse sectors, providing a robust foundation for PGS Projects.

Peter Harper

Director

Peter, a seasoned Quantity Surveyor, brings over two decades of industry experience in Estimating & Land Buying. His expertise extends to pre-construction management, where he has successfully overseen a diverse portfolio of high-value projects across sectors such as residential, education, leisure, and complex refurbishments. Notably, Peter’s global footprint includes work both in the UK and overseas in Canada.

Recognizing the imperative shift toward net-zero carbon and advancements in building regulations, Peter proactively completed his Passive House Consultant course. This knowledge serves as an excellent foundation for projects with similar sustainability aspirations.

Ian Calder

Director

Ian’s construction career started in Architectural Design for Britain’s largest house builders working as part of in-house design teams on a variety of residential developments.

Following many years in housing development, he transitioned into project management working client side, to care for an executive portfolio of private residential & leisure estates, before taking up senior roles in design management for main contractors across most sectors.

With a wealth of over 35 years construction knowledge, Ian has a portfolio of exciting projects from heritage conversions to innovative modular new builds, various commercial schemes and more recently Industrial & Logistics estates to name a few.
