- Location: Crewe
- Scope: A new development of 10 flats and 2 bespoke bungalows, designed for adults with dual diagnosis and complex needs. Higher-support homes are located on the ground floor and within the bungalows, while first-floor flats provide a transition to more independent living. Staff will be on-site daily, with capacity for 1:1 and 2:1 support.
- Positive Impact:
Specialist design that enables people to live safely, confidently, and more independently. The scheme promotes wellbeing, reduces environmental stress, and offers a clear pathway toward independence with continuous, personalised support.
Parkside Place
- Location: Wilderspool Causeway, Warrington, Cheshire
- Scope: Design and construction of a five-story contemporary apartment block comprising 29 apartments for Rent to Buy.
- Sustainability: PGS Projects prioritizes sustainability, using the latest technology and materials to ensure energy-efficient and environmentally friendly homes.
- Positive Impact: The development contributes to creating a thriving community in Warrington, enhancing the neighborhood’s sustainability and providing a pathway to home ownership through Rent to Buy.
Sainsbury’s
- Location: Manchester Road, Congleton
- Scope: The project delivers a new Sainsbury’s local store at Giants Wood, Congleton, positioned on Manchester Road to serve the surrounding residential area. In addition to the main store, the development includes a separate retail unit available for another business to rent. The scheme is designed to provide convenient shopping for local households while creating space for an additional retailer to operate within the community.
